What did I do?
1. I told my wife and partner about my experiences in Reston and what I had learned and she is onboard.
2. I contacted you by e-mail.
3. I looked at attorney Mark Torok's web site and down loaded his opinion on the Legality of Mortgage Assignment. I suggess you make a copy for yourself. It's a great tool when talking with a Seller, http://www.toroklaw.com/
4. Built this Blog.
I've spent 6 hours today. I agreed with myself, before leaving Reston, I would dedicate 20hr/wk for the 1st six months. I've made a good start to my committment. How diod you do?
